2 More Confirmed Swine Flu Cases in Kolkata

Two more cases of swine flu were recorded on July 13th, taking the toll in Kolkata to four. According to reports, a 10-year-old girl was tested positive for the virus.

"We had only quarantined the girl. But as per practice, throat swabs of her 38-year-old father was also tested as he was staying with her at the ID Hospital," said A C De, airport medical officer.

The NRI girl reached the city on Saturday by an Air India flight. "Apart from her father, her mother and sister were also with her. Now, their throat swabs would also be tested," De added.
