By incresing the facilities the infected persons can go and take care of them and friends. This is a very good step fwd towards preventing H1N1.

The current epidemic of H1N1 viral infection has affected countries across the world. WHO has declared it as pandemic. The H1N1 infection situation at present in our country has made the people panic.
A well controlled diabetic is as good as normal person though he is a little high risk candidate than others.
The other high risk group include (as per GOI guidelines)
Children less than 5 years old;
Pregnant women;
Persons aged 65 years or older;
Patients with lung diseases, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disorders, diabetes, neurological disorders, cancer and HIV/AIDS;
Patients on long term cortisone therapy
There are no specific guideline on transport or going to places in INDIA.
